4. Locate discharge data for the flow past the dam on Lake Delhi. Calculate the size of a 100-year flood. Do we have any information on the size of the flow that removed the dam? 
5. Essay: The breaching of the dam at Lake Delhi left a mess than needs some response. What should that response be and who should be responsible for it?
